Interview Scheduling

Clients must schedule interviews within one month of receiving candidate CVs. Delays may result in service fees.

We prioritize educating job seekers about their rights and responsibilities under the Labour Act of Ghana.

Workplace Policies

We recommend clients provide new hires with critical workplace documents such as contracts and conduct policies.

To ensure the safety and security of all parties, we require proper identification:

  • Business Owners/HR Managers: Valid business registration ID or company registration number
  • Home Owners: Ghana Card ID number for verification purposes (not upload required)
  • Full legal name and contact information
  • Exact residential address with proof of residency
  • Occupation and company details
Terms and Conditions - Professional domestic care services

Contract Agreement

Our contract agreement outlines terms such as working hours, duties, compensation, termination conditions, and confidentiality agreements.

Clients are required to either:

  1. Sign a direct contract or agreement with the domestic worker (if managing the worker themselves), or
  2. We will sign a contract with you (if we are managing the domestic worker on your behalf).

A contract agreement is crucial for establishing clear expectations and responsibilities for both parties.

Data Protection

  • We will not sell, share, or distribute your data without consent
  • Your data is used only for matching suitable and trained candidates
  • You can request data deletion at any time
  • We comply with the Data Protection Act of Ghana (Act 843 of 2012)
